Dissatisfied, I asked him for compensation, subject to calling on his insurance. I was thrown away like someone dirty, as if I myself had damaged the shoe that had just been purchased (with receipt). Unable to communicate to find an amicable arrangement, either in person or by telephone, yells at customers and hangs up on them. Of distressing bad faith! Bad experience with this shoemaker, avoid!!!!! He damaged my beautiful pair of shiny leather shoes (new) by adding soles, lack of skill, he removed the shiny part in front....I went back to show him his mistake, what a bad reception!!! He neither wanted to recognize his mistake nor explain what he was going to do to recover the blow (despite my insistence). And he only said with a dry tone "leave them and come back tomorrow". How can I trust him again??? Don't trust your beautiful shoes, you will come away furious.
