A guest had broken a main exterior door lock. Enrico from Securitech was terrific. Timely and efficient. He even went beyond the call of duty by taking the exterior door off its hinges so he could redress the door properly. Good sales guy too... if I switch over to electronic door locks (foreseen within about a year) he'll take back what I just had installed for a full credit against a new system.
