Does not call back, does not respect the deadlines announced several times, is not really pleasant or motivated. The job is just done pretty well. I won't try again!

Clearly, I don't know what to say except that I won't come back.. I come with my partner Thursday morning to do a double, we have to leave the next evening, the person opposite, very professional and pleasant, confirms to us without fail that the next day we can repeat. We come back, it's another employee, there are quite a few customers (around 4), so no worries, we wait. He asks us between two of his customers why we are coming, we explain that it is for the key that we ordered the day before, he grimaces at us in surprise.. ok. He makes us wait 20 minutes to finally tell us "we didn't receive it", no excuses, nothing. We ask for reimbursement, it cannot, neither by card nor in cash, unless we find 10e to give change out of 20e.. I can understand that the key did not arrive but the lack of professionalism of the second employee that we had on Friday is clearly mediocre or even non-existent or even awkward, I managed to get my key directly elsewhere, good luck but at least trying to like your work a minimum, making us feel it won't be too much.

following a purchase of a gate remote control, it turned out to be incompatible with my automatic gate. After two unsuccessful reset attempts, we made an appointment for an on-site intervention. Testing the first remote control to validate incompatibility. Replacement with a new, fully compatible and functional model... all this at no additional cost. 5 star service!

Very beautiful shop decorated with great taste, very smiling and welcoming staff but above all really very professional, I brought back my car key which was crooked and broken and despite the poor condition he managed to make me a duplicate for a price which I did not expect, €11.30 while a competitor (mister m) asked me for €150!! thank you a thousand times for having managed to help me out, don't change anything you are at the top 👌 it was the first time that I came and it will not be the last even if I live in Roque I would do the route without hesitation

Always a friendly efficient service. Shoe repairs,watch batteries are the services i have used,as well as it being a collissimo depot and collection point. A well presented shop and always service with a smile.
